Once your store is approved for a wholesale account, we will start sending you email offers containing items that will be released in the future, and you have up to a specific date to reserve the the items you want. You can also check the website for updates and new releases.

There is a minimum order amount of $200.

We have to collect payment from you as soon as you confirm or place an order, even if the product has not been released. This is for our protection since we cannot return merchandise we order from the toy companies. In the event that the manufacturer cancels the shipment, we will provide a full refund.

Payment can be made using Credit Card, Google Checkout, Paypal, or by Bank Transfer.

Once payment is collected we will ship out your order (unless it's a pre-order). For shipping options, please refer to our store policies page for more information.

Note: We cannot guarantee specific quantities since Japanese toys are highly collectible and are often released in limited quantities.
